Hi Everyone,

Last year had been a tough one for many of us. Despite we were aware of overcoming the difficulties from our experience in 2020. We still faced several new challenges.

From new-normal becoming our new way of living, virtual doctor consultation, work from home, online schooling all seemed to be an easy cakewalk to many of us. Did it?? Well, we all know the answer. Although the previous experiences made us better at handling the present, we all were fully aware of how draining in terms of energy, time, and efforts we all had been facing.

While many of us managed to do unimaginable things in a better way, there was always these bunch of so-called our critics(both in personal and office space) who would still not stop judging us. I always wondered why people refrain from accepting others as they are? What will someone achieve by judging others without even knowing what the other person is going through in their life?.

Well, many of you would also agree that one or the other time above questions would have popped up in your mind. Is there any way to stop someone’s behavior towards others? Nope!

So, how to manage these external stimuli whose main intentions are to prevent your growth(both personal and professional front)? Of course, who are we to stop them. All of us possess a magical tool that does not let these intentions affect us? Yes, a magical element. It is our mind. Mind is the controller of our behavior, system operations, and the implementation master. Henceforth, do not let your mind listen to these small talks and lose big goals and ambitions in life.

Here are three things you need to follow to become more successful in your life.

  1. Set your goals, define your success meter.
  2. Plan your days and start converting your Goals into actions.
  3. Have an attitude of never giving up on yourself.

Goal Setting

Goal setting is a significant step in anyone’s life. For mothers, goal setting is a much-needed ritual. As you know, multi-tasking is more relatable to mothers who work from home and manage the home all by themselves. From House chores or office work or even caring for your children, a defined goal will help you achieve your milestone. It may sound childlike, but do write down all your goals under each category starting from household to office and see what all you must achieve a Goal in your life in one year. Everyone’s life is different, so will be our goals. Hence listing individual Goals will help us attain success as per our life.

A Vision board/Goal board is a must! Stay tuned to Shakthi’s Scribble to know how to make your own Goal Board.

Planning

When you have a well-defined goal, the path to achieve it will be just in front of you. All you need to do is to prepare a plan, devise the steps you need to do every day to achieve your personal and professional goals. Invest in a good planner or use any notepad to note the to-do list. Hence, a good plan, doing household chores or office work becomes seamless.

While several planners are available in the market, choose the one that best suits your needs.

Your Attitude Refines You

Attitude is a success factor every mother should possess. We may have many accessories that suit up our dressing. However, never give- up attitude is like the crown, which you need to carry with pride! Not every day will be alike so, we may have several ups and downs in the coming 365 days, yet stay focused on your goal and never give up on yourself. If you cannot do it, no one else can achieve your success. Yes, you defined your success meter. So, you are fully aware that you can achieve it. Then why not give it a complete try and see the results.

Remember, you need to work towards achieving the goal. Its result and the by-product will surprise you!!

So, who will be deciding your success? Do mention it in the comments below.

I wish you all a success-filled new year. With several hopes ahead, let 2022 be everyone’s successful year.
