Gone were those days, when you would telephone me,
Even when we hurt each other, We did forgive one another.
We would find reasons to hangout and enjoy conversation,
Now we don’t have time to join for any chit-chat in hangout.
Socializing united us, we spent long hours together,
Social distancing keeps us six feet apart thesedays.
Every festival we exchanged homemade sweets,
With no home visiting I make sweets just for my home.
The new normal has changed our lives and living,
Hoping that one day We will get back to the old ways,
Till then those wonderful memories will remain in hear forever.
